Your Right to Cancel (Standard Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Returned in its original packaging

Notified to us within 14 days of delivery
To start a return, please contact us at info@squashedbottles.com within the 14-day window. Once your return is approved, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
