2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 working days of payment being confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next available working day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, which may include tracking information where applicable.

We are proud to offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to high postal volumes, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@squashedbottles.com and we will investigate promptly.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations. A standard international shipping fee of £25 applies to all orders outside the United Kingdom.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only. Squashed Bottles cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local postal services, or import regulations in the destination country.
5. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fee.
We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order. We are unable to mark orders as gifts or declare a lower value than the actual purchase price on customs documentation.
6. Packaging
Every bottle clock is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it arrives safely. We use protective packaging designed specifically for fragile items. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage.
7. Tracking Your Order
Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor your delivery via the relevant courier or postal service website.
Not all standard delivery options include full tracking. If you require a fully tracked service, please contact us before placing your order and we will advise on available options.
8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier or Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection. Please follow the instructions provided.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or uncollected parcels, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply in such cases.
We strongly recommend double checking your delivery address before completing your order. Squashed Bottles cannot be held responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
9. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@squashedbottles.com with your order number. We will liaise with the courier or postal service on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please allow the following timeframes before reporting an order as missing:

After these timeframes, if the order cannot be located, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
10. Bespoke Orders
Bespoke and custom clock orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the request and current studio workload. We will provide an estimated dispatch timeframe when confirming your bespoke order. Standard shipping rates and timeframes apply once the order is ready for dispatch.
If you are sending your own bottle to our studio for a bespoke clock, please contact us first at info@squashedbottles.com to confirm delivery arrangements. We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending bottles to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to our studio.
